Event tickets are refundable until February 14, 2026, less a $250 USD cancellation fee per person.

Tickets are 50% refundable when made between February 15 – April 13, 2026, or the option to transfer tuition to a future retrat (within 12 months). On or after April 14, 2026, cancellation requests and refund requests will not be accepted except in cases of medical emergency, with proper documentation. There will also be a cancellation fee of up to 20% of your registration fee.

Registration fee covers retreat tuition only. Lodging is reserved and paid separately.

Please note that this event may be recorded in both audio and video formats. The recordings may be used by Trinity Zero LLC for the creation of future products. By purchasing, attending, and participating in this event, you acknowledge that Trinity Zero LLC is permitted to broadcast, record, and publish your name, likeness, voice, and statement(s). These recordings are owned solely by Trinity Zero LLC.
